Welcome to Stadium World. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any Stadium World services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stadium World services independently. Users under 18 may use our services only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Parents or guardians who allow minors to use our services are responsible for their minor's activities.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Stadium World Smartwatch
Stadium World offers a 4G-enabled smartwatch with features including SOS Live Shield, push-to-talk walkie-talkie, GPS tracking, and health monitoring. Features require an active cellular service plan after any included free trial period.
3.2 Founding Member Program
The first few members who complete a full purchase are designated as Founding Members and receive voting rights in community decisions, revenue sharing eligibility, and lifetime founding member status. These benefits are exclusive to the founding member program and are non-transferable.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Founders Pricing (First 10,000 Members)
The founders price is $299, which includes the Stadium World smartwatch and 3 months of free cellular service. After the free period, users must subscribe to a cellular plan (starting at $10/month) to maintain phone and internet functionality.
4.2 Regular Pricing (After 10K Campaign)
After the founding member campaign closes, the regular price is $399, which includes the Stadium World smartwatch and 1 month of free cellular service trial.
4.3 Reservation Fee
A $10 reservation fee holds your place in the founding member queue. This fee is fully refundable. To complete your founding member purchase, you must pay the remaining $289 before the campaign closes.
4.4 Cellular Service
Cellular service is provided through our third-party distribution partner, which carries all major carriers. Plans start at $10/month. Cellular service is required for phone calls, messaging, and data features. SOS Live Shield and other connected features require an active cellular plan.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 $10 Reservation
The $10 reservation fee is fully refundable at any time before you complete your full purchase.
5.2 Full Purchase ($299 or $399)
Full purchase payments are refundable at any time before your watch ships. Once your watch has shipped, refunds are no longer available for the device purchase.
5.3 Cellular Service
The included free cellular service (2 months for founders, 1 month for regular purchases) has no refund value. After your free period ends and you begin a paid subscription, cellular service payments are non-refundable.
5.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at stadiumworld1@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Watches will ship after we reach a certain founding members and complete our first community Town Hall. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Stadium World is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
7. Community Governance
Stadium World operates under a community governance model. Founding members receive voting rights on certain company decisions, including app development priorities and election of a community spokesperson. Voting procedures will be communicated via email. One founding member account equals one vote. Voting rights are non-transferable and remain with the original founding member.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Stadium World services for any illegal purpose
- Misuse the SOS Live Shield feature for non-emergency purposes
- Attempt to manipulate voting or governance systems
- Create multiple accounts to gain additional voting rights
- Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with Stadium World hardware or software
- Harass, threaten, or harm other community members
9. Intellectual Property
Stadium World, SOS Live Shield, and all related logos, designs, and content are the property of Stadium World, LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Stadium World provides safety features including SOS Live Shield as tools to assist in emergencies. We do not guarantee response times from emergency services or contacts. Stadium World is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Warranty
Stadium World smartwatches come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water damage beyond rated resistance, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims should be directed to stadiumworld1@gmail.com.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
